I spend a lot on sports betting here, but the only perks we receive are drink coupons, and since I rarely drink alcohol, that doesn't help much. They list Fiji water on the menu, but it's always out of stock. Either take it off the menu, restock it, or I'll keep leaving negative reviews and consider placing my bets elsewhere.

The restaurant is vastly overpriced for the quality of food and service provided. I paid $26 for five shrimp served on a bed of mashed potatoes, which felt like a rip-off. The Italian beef sandwich was disappointing—small, lacking sauce, and as dry as could be. The staff gave the impression that they didn’t want us there, which added to the overall negative experience. It’s puzzling that such a large new venue would suffer from poor service and food. This seems to be a management problem. I would advise against dining here; you may end up regretting your choice.

The food here is average, yet they seem quite proud of it. It took me an hour and 15 minutes to receive a Cobb Salad. On my second visit, four of us spent $200 to reserve a table where we could use that amount toward our bill during the first round of the 2021 NCAA men’s basketball tournament. However, when we asked the staff to show the games, the experience was disappointing. The front-of-house staff and those at the sportsbook had a terrible attitude. Why not air the games that we’re able to bet on? I recommend staying at Horseshoe instead! The service at the sportsbook was great, but everything else left a lot to be desired.

Shocked by the poor reviews! The food was far better than we expected and the service was unmatched. We got there about 6:15 and there were no tables but she said she could put us down for 7 and we could go play so we did. Showed back up at 7, table was ready. The wings were perfectly cooked, loved the BBQ dry rub. Dirty rice was cheesier than expected but like nothing I'd had before, very good. Polish sausage was on point. Service was perfect.

We had an amazing experience but I mainly credit that to the knowledge and outgoing personality of our bartender Brandon! He was wonderful , he made me an amazing drink , and made me a custom drink, because he took the time to listen and understand that I do not enjoy the flavor of alcohol. But the drink he made was perfect and I didn't even taste the alcohol....but it was there : I am giving two stars because after returning hoping to see Brandon again, was informed he was no longer employed there due to the reason of missing work to take care of his sick newborn child. I just can't understand how a company could be so unempathetic to the condition of an employee. Very disappointed.
