Bush's Chicken - Robinson

I drank their tea but I don't eat their chicken. But it's a nice place Family orientedService: 5/5

First time visit. Last time visit. Absolutely no one seemed to want to be there. We Came in waited at the counter. Manager ? ? Said someone will be with you in a minute. Finally a young man comes. Takes order. No greeting. No smile. Brings food soda dripping down the sides. Went to get utensils and none in the box. Asked for utensils. Girl says what do you want ? Forks. How many 2. End of interaction. Dead flies all over the window areas. A few on the table. Glad they weren’t flying around Realized I didn’t get a receipt. Went to counter asked and was asked who waited on you. Told the manager ?? She sort of shrugged then said I can print another one. By this time I am done with all this “great” customer service with slow moving unsmiling group of people that look disorganized. I said it looks like no one acts like they want to be here. She said they don’t. I said Well fire them. At the cost of eating out I am not going to patronize establishment s that have poor customer service. Train then or fire them. Not going back there again

Little pricey for 6 tenders. Lots of crust on a small amount of chicken. Tea was great. Roll was good. Fries a bit undercooked.Food: 3/5

Showed up at 9:15, lobby is supposed to be open until 10:00, all doors locked. Go through drive thru and multiple employees go to a car that is obviously someone they know and talk with them and do not approach my vehicle. No one ever came to my truck and multiple employees inside the restaurant but not serving any customers.

There was one person in front of me and no one else and it took over ten minutes. The chicken was cut into tiny pieces and was dried out. Incredibly disappointing. No intention of being a repeat customer
