We visited on a very bustling family night where the kids enjoyed painting their own mini pumpkins for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday. The atmosphere was excellent. The bathroom (men 's) was clean as well were the parking lot, vestibule anddining areas. The service was superb as always. The food was great and everyone in our party of five received exactly what theyordered. I recommend this experience to anyone.

The lady that attended me was a manager and she was short and not welcoming at all. Surprised because I always have a great experience at other restaurants. Let?s smile especially when dealing face to face with customers. Food was hot and fresh tho!

Chick fil a has been going down hill for a while now and I feel like it might be management. I hate to complain but the first time I went to the new location as the lady was taking my order the manager comes and hovers over her like a dark cloud, doesn 'tspeak when I politely smiled at him and just frowned the whole time. I always say thank you after I order and get my receipt andthey just stared at me as if they were thinking, okay, just drive up . I 'm not expecting a red carpet but I mean seriously? At least smile?

Had something hairy on my sandwich as I was munching down, GROSS. I should?ve looked before a bit into it but lesson learned. Will probably stay away from CFA. The service was slow and the drive staff was a little attitudy.
