Had reservations at 6:30pm on a Friday and was seated immediately. Place was pretty packed up. Decor seemed rustic and clean. The staff was attentive. Our waitress seemed to lack any personality and we felt like we were being rushed even though there were a few tables open throughout our dinner. Anyway the food was great. The house bread was delicious and toasted nicely. We didn't have to wait long for our entrées to arrive. The short rib tagliatelle was delicious. Pasta was cooked perfectly, the sauce was seasoned wonderfully. Plenty of short rib scattered throughout. My portion size seemed perfect for 1 person. My friend got the papardelle bolognese and it was definitely enough for 2 people lol. Had a little taste and it was also delicious. For dessert we split the brownie with the ice cream on top. It was great. Not overly rich and decadent which is nice as I often find those to sit in my stomach like lead. This one had a nice balance of flavors and great texture. Looking forward to trying their other dishes.

The dinner was excellent. It started with beautiful bread and olives. We indulged in the seasonal salad full of mangoes, blueberries, feta cheese and nuts in a wonderful tangy dressing. We had the Caesar salad which was perfect with the red peppers and cheesy dressing. We had meatballs in a tomato sauce that was rich and satisfying, We also had the crispy calamari in a sweet and sour sauce. Yum! This was followed by chicken parm with gnocchi, tagliatelle with short ribs, bucatini with an assortment of shellfish in a white sauce and the root beer pork chop. Everything was excellent and priced well. The service was perfect and we were thrilled with the evening. We were too full for dessert, but the dessert tray was abundant and looked fantastic. FYI, it is BYOB which is really nice if you are interested in your own wine or beer. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an excellent evening.

Ravello has a new chef and we were impressed with his presentation. Had clams casino which were very tasty, so much so that my wife who is not a clam eater enjoyed. We both had the scallop special which was excellent.
