The Regency Room - Roanoke

I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner at this restaurant. I ordered the delightful mushroom bowl which consisted of mushrooms on spaghetti squash with pumpkin puree and pepitas. It was delicious. For dessert, I had the Christmas globe which was made with cranberry compote, custard, and chocolate ganache. It was both beautiful and tasty. The service was impeccable and the restaurant had a lovely wine list and an elegant atmosphere.

If you're seeking a fantastic fine dining experience, this is one of the best spots in Roanoke! The food is outstanding, and you can truly sense the chef's dedication to his craft in every bite.

Times before and always had good experiences, but this time was a huge letdown. The food was overly salty and lacked any real flavor. The portions were small and the prices were not reflective of the quality. I will not be returning to this restaurant in the future.

Staying at Hotel Roanoke for a few of the Virginia Tech games, we have enjoyed the breakfast buffet each time. Shout out to the SUPERB staff. Everyone is obviously passionate about excellent customer service, and it absolutely shows. Richard was our waiter one morning, and went above and beyond to make our meal enjoyable. Really the whole staff here and in the Hotel are excellent.

Incredible food and service. This is definitely a step above. Portion sizes are good.
