Marco's Pizza - Roanoke

Food usually good. Today the food is undercooked, crust is separated and they didn’t provide the sauces that were order. Horrible customer service in order to get a refund on a $20 pizza. It took three people one of which may have been a manager who didn’t know anything about the conversation that already took place. Not confident I will see that refund in 5-7 business days as stated before I was hung up on. There are too many pizza restaurants that I will give this one a break for awhile. Highly recommend Rosati’s Trophy Club instead.

Horrible delivery. After receiving message that the pizza was on the way at 7:12 and a “promise time” of 7:23 PM the ordered pizza finally arrived at 8:10 PM. This place has been hit or miss but now it is just ridiculous. Marco?s thin crust always has cheese and sauce to the edge. This was our pizza recently. Never in the 7 ish years of eating Marco?s have I seen a pizza of theirs this skimpy. Will not bereturning to this location.

I want to thank the folks at this particular Marco's as they went above and beyond to make sure I could eat last night. Even though I was out of their delivery area they took my order and delivered it to me where the other store wouldn't. Thanks guys.You made this hungry truck driver very happy and the pizza was very good and it filled me up.

Very disappointed n my pizza tonight. I get multiple pizzas here a month and I?d the quality control continues to be bad I will start making my own at home. The picture I posted was a a pizza with extra cheese but three slice had no cheese on them.
