Little Caesars Pizza - Roanoke

Great food and the lady today was a great employee. Would be 5 stars, but I find it sick that the AC is busy and was a while in summer. It felt much hotter in the store than outside. This is not a good way to treat your employees. Unfortunately it is Saturday, but will follow with the company Monday.

We call you to order a supreme one to pick it up. When we got there they told us that they didn't have green peppers or onions, which makes most of the pizza. They told me that they could add extra peperoni, which they didn't make and they didn't put sausage either. We were charged for the whole pizza.. Completely disappointed

Ordered online at 2:45pm asking for pickup at 3:15pm. Got to store about 3:25pm and was told they weren't making pizzas til 4:30pm because ran out of cheese. I was upset said some not to nice things about how they ran business, could have called me , said that wasn't a normal thing they did. Said I would call at 5:30pm to see if ready, when I did, said it was in oven. Got there at 6pm and still had to wait another 15 minutes while they served other customers ?. Not a professional type of business. Time before that I had to wait 20 minutes on a hot ready which is supposed to be available all the time for take-out. I told them I would never be back to this Williamson Road location. P.S. Afternoon employee offered a second pizza free , which I never received. When it first opened it was run better. Don't know what happened. Avoid it. Don M

They were actually open for once so I stopped by for lunch. Purchased the lunch special. The pizza was so under cooked it was quite literally dough on the inside. The place has never been able to cook their pizzas correctly since it opened, but this is the worst I have ever seen. A complete waste of money as I had to toss 3/4 of the food in the garbage. I don't know why I keep giving the place extra chances. It is just pizza, it really shouldn't be this complicated.

Burnt pizza!!!! I ordered the slices and sticks pizza. Had to wait for it to be made. When I got home I opened my box to a burnt pizza?! I do not like crunchy pizza!! I tried to call to speak to someone but they did not answer when I called (several times) had to leave a message. Of course no one has returned my call as of yet! The young man that cut the pizza had to see it was burnt but served it to me anyway. I also ordered an extra most bestest pizza as well. Yes it was also burnt!!!! So they knowingly sold me two pizzas that were inedible! No one would answer my call to even make an attempt to make it right. If the employees would show a little more care about what they were doing instead of standing in the back chatting and dropping the ?F? bomb maybe my pizzas would not have been burnt!!!!
