Domino's - Roanoke

Pizza was cold. Required blocking page pickup. We waited. They never came. It happened twice. Please do not provide a blocking page if not possible.

I called the local Dominoes to order a pick-up order. I was naturally greeted with an automated menu. When I click on the button to be transferred - I was shocked to get a representative from the sea! The person could not understand me and everything they tried to do all the time was UPSALE! I finally placed my order and then... when I came to the store to get it... the costs were $38.00! I have declared 1 Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich 8 Buffalo Wing 1 Med Pizza The manager that, as I was transferred when I ordered, he could not accept any vouchers or give me the special price! He also said he had numerous complaints, but there was nothing he could do!!! I'll call tomorrow. I'll never order there again!

I called last night to order and they hung up on me! I'm not happy at all.

The people working in store and delivery are amazing! They are front-line workers without front-line pay or recognition. Please realize that their delivery and carryout business has blown up and they are always super busy. So if a mistake happens, be patient! Make sure to thank them and tip generously!

This is my local Domino?s in my opinion, the best one! They always have my order ready super quickly, it?s always correct they are nice and friendly in store. Management is also on point! I usually do carry out since I?m so close, by the way. Pizza is hot, fresh and super tasty every time.
