Kfc - Riyadh

The egyptian cashier was so rude! I was waiting on the line to have order i’ve waited at least for 10 minutes because i understand a lot of people taking orders he shouted at me and said you are on the wrong line. I told him whats your problem? He shouted again and go go go no orders! Oh my gosh is this the kind of service that KFC al mamlaka mall branch can offer? I think that young man has no proper training, not customer oriented, very rude. If i were the manager i would never tolerate this kind of attitude in my workplace.
