Comfort Inn - Rivière-du-Loup

Good location. Outdated room. Front desk staff was careless about his job. Ignore guests's questions. No elevator to the upper floor.

We stayed here as the half way point of a 23 hr drive to the east coast and again on the way back with our dog. The room was clean and well kept, and the breakfast in the morning, while basic, was good. Nice shower with good pressure. And after a long trip, the bed was absolutely amazing... Maybe the best hotel bed I've slept on. We will definitely make this our stopover on future trips.

The staff at this hotel location provided excellent customer service both on the phone making, modifying our booking and when we checked in. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was ok.

Clean, Quiet Comfort Inn. Food options near by. Jean is absolutely amazing at the front desk. We stayed there on our way out to Halifax, was so impressed with Jean so decided to rebook on the way back. This gentleman is friendly, accommodating and professional, a great ambassador for your brand.

GREAT place for a couple with dog. Close to park along St. Lawrence shore. Pleasant staff. Good full breakfast.
