"I avoid ordering delivery through DoorDash, Grubhub, or Uber Eats due to the restaurant's location in a less desirable neighborhood. We ordered fries but ended up with mashed potatoes instead. However, the lady at the drive-thru was very friendly.

This KFC is the worst I've ever been to. They completely lack customer service and don't seem to care at all. When I visited today, I noticed that no one was preparing my order. The manager was just leaning against the counter. When I inquired about why my food wasn't being made, her response was that it could take longer.

If I could give this place a negative star, I absolutely would. I ordered lunch for my employees through Uber Eats and called the restaurant to find out why my bags were not sealed and why the drink lids were missing. The manager's response was that they are in training and that the trainer failed to do it correctly. When I asked for the name of the person I was speaking to, she refused to give it to me and suggested I could come to pick it up myself if I wanted it. This location needs to be shut down, and Uber Eats should terminate their contracts with KFC. I ended up throwing the food away because it wasn’t sealed and appeared to have been tampered with.
