Update: I went back the next day and completely disappointed there was nobody taking orders or answering the drive thru yet someone was inside walking around! I called corporate office on all three locations in west palm beach! Hopefully we see improvement! We pay our hard earned money why isnt service and quality consistent? COVID is over and these businesses are lazyier than ever! Sweet tea perfectly sweet fresh food exactly how i asked and good customer service and stay open late enough for people that work late

Always busy but no matter what you always get professional grade service...Best Dunkin around

Came through drive thru and someone messed up my coffee so i came on the inside and the Assist. Manager Tiara fixed my drink right away with no hesitation was very nice and apologized for the mess up that the other girls did. I appreciate that.

The ladies there are always great; fun and personable. Pricey these days... Not like it used to be, the new pricing must for that Ben Affleck commercial. If I'm paying almost 4.50 for a medium iced coffee they can put some profit into decent equipment for the staff so they can do their job efficiently. Additionally, they often don't have menu items or enough staff.

Workers were working hard but I waited in lobby 20 minutes from arrival to departure. When I got the food the donut was stale, hot chocolate tasted like hot brown water and cinnamon raisin bagel was very low on raisins (not the fault of the workers).
