Baskin-robbins - Riviera Beach

This store supposed to close at 8pm. I came at 7pm and the person that was there immediately started closing the icecreams and said it was closed. I'm never going to return to this place again!

Didn’t answer their phone So I drove there. The store appeared to be closed dark and no cars in front. But it was open after all. I asked for pralines and cream and was told to look in the small cooler in front. Not there and I asked the woman if she could check the big cooler in back. She yelled at me if it’s not in the small cooler we don’t have it. I told her that in the past they had it in the big storage cooler in back. She repeated that they didn’t have it and refused to check.I hope the owner sees this and will teach this young woman what customer service is all about.

Honestly don’t entren know why I’m leaving a review when clearly nothing has changed. If I could give no stars I would. This place needs better employees. Girl at the counter don’t greet me and when I said hello, she still said nothing. The place clearly closes at 8 and I was denied a cappuccino blast. The reason, they were closing up. It’s 6pm!!!

I’ll gladly change my review to 5 stars when they fire the employee that served me today at 12:40ish PM. Drive thruLady was rude and expects me to drink my smoothie without a straw and my ice cream cup with no spoon and when I ask for it she rolls her eyes. It’s not my fault that she is miserable and doesn’t want to come to work, that’s on her not the customers

Ice cream pretty basic, but the 5 stars is for the service. The two girls working on Monday night were outstanding. And the one was so patient with my son’s egg and nut allergy, she doesn’t know how much that’s appreciated.
