Fred's Market - Riverview

I have always had a good experience at Fred's until today. I called to place an order and was put on hold. When I arrived at the restaurant, I was told my order would take 30-35 minutes, but then found out they didn't have my order and it would still take 30-35 minutes. After waiting for an hour and having three employees check on my order, it still wasn't ready. I asked for a refund and left. I had only ordered a whole fried chicken, nothing special. Very disappointed!

All the dishes were fantastic, but the fried green tomatoes were a standout and absolutely delicious.

I have dined at numerous Southern restaurants in Tampa Bay and Atlanta, and I must say that their buffet is truly exceptional. The variety and quality of food offered is outstanding.

Pork chops and fried chicken aren’t great. Idk if the grease was bad that day or what. Everything else was awesome and fresh. The sausage links are great and cheese grits are nice. The breakfast buffet is priced well. Great service from my waitress.

This was a great place to eat. The food was excellent and the service was spot on.
