Contribuiți la feedbackThe owner, Travis, welcomed us warmly and took the time to chat, making us feel right at home despite the restaurant being busy. Daylin, I believe that was his name, was absolutely fantastic. We shared lots of laughs and jokes together.
First of all, the staff here is incredibly friendly. Our waitress initially came across as a bit brusque, but she quickly warmed up and became very pleasant and attentive to our needs.
The nachos grande with pork were excellent. The pork had a slightly sweet BBQ flavor, and overall, the dish was cheesy and delicious. The chicken enchiladas were just okay; the chicken was a bit on the...
The portions were a good size and reasonably priced, but the food itself was just average. While the salsa was delicious and the Mai Tai was enjoyable, the rest of the meal left much to be desired. Unfortunately, several of us experienced stomach issues the following day. The greeter appeared to be quite inexperienced, but our waitress was very friendly and did her best. However, with several large groups in addition to ours, she seemed a bit overwhelmed. On a positive note, the restaurant has a charming and inviting atmosphere.
I visited for a late lunch and was disappointed. The chimichanga was soggy, but the service was even worse. Nat, I think you might want to consider a different job; you're not cut out to be a waiter. On a positive note, I do want to give five stars for how the manager handled the situation. It's interesting how I feel I need to improve my review-writing skills when, ideally, good food and service should be the standard, not something remarkable. Yet, negative reviews seem to be met with resistance. I didn't become frustrated with the staff until I tried to address my concerns. If they believe I deserved poor service because I was upset about the poor service, I'd be open to discussing that further. I never leave anonymous reviews and I stand by all of my feedback—positive or negative. When I receive exceptional service, I make sure to highlight it. I hope your staff can improve, so consumers might take notice and share their experiences. I appreciated how you addressed my complaint beyond my expectations.
