Kfc - Riverton

Obviously, drive-thru gets all the attention. Five people standing in line for almost 10 minutes without any sort of greetings. Worst location I've ever been to.

I used the drive through today and there was a lot of static in the speaker that made it hard to communicate. I pulled up to the window and heard the staff inside making fun of what I'd said in the drive through. I pointed it out to the employee at the window that I can hear them inside laughing and repeating what I'd said. Very unprofessional and unkind. Chicken was also burnt

The chicken tenders were anything BUT tender; tasted like they had been under the heating lamp for hours. Tough and chewy. French fries were barely warm. The only good thing was the root beer.

I got hired at this store and they fired me because I had the flu there a horrible manegement, there very unsanitary.

Used drive thru and got half the order wrong even after the order taker double checked order over the speaker and the girl at the window had a very poor attitude and all around poor service
