Juanita's Mexican Cuisine - Riverton

One of my favorite restaurants in the area! My friend and I order either from here or often go to dinner. We always find something new to try, but our mainstays are the Chile Rolleo or the Pollo Rolleo. My children love the chips and salsa. I even introduced it to other friends and family who insist that we come here or order when they are in town.

I had beef enchiladas with mole and it was delicious! The red and green salsa that comes from the chips were also really fresh and delicious. And I loved Agua de Jamaica.

The food was really good, but the wait was exaggerated. I walked in and ordered two items, and I was told it would take 15-20 minutes. However, I ended up waiting over 45 minutes. Additionally, I didn’t request sour cream, yet I had to remove it myself. On the plus side, the quality of the food was excellent.

The restaurant was full. The service was a little slow. Food Very delicious and amazing food processors: They served free nachos and salsa. The red salsa was delicious, but the green salsa was not good. We ordered jalapeño poppers that they were tatsy and very cheesy. Delicious Chicken tacos very tasty, beautifully flavored chicken. Special Chile Relleno the Molsauce was amazing, perfectly seasoned and cooked. We wanted to try the flan, but they were out of it and cook fresh for the next day. Will definitely visit again!

The food was absolutely amazing—delicious and expertly prepared. I really appreciated the health-conscious approach, as the dishes were not overly oily (especially the vegetables). The vegetables were cooked just right, preserving their freshness and flavor. The fish burrito and fish tacos were particularly fresh and satisfying. The beans served with my shrimp fajitas were authentic and well-prepared. However, one downside was the wait time for my meal, along with a lack of updates from the waitress. It's worth noting that it was a Friday evening, which may have contributed to the delay. I recommend that the restaurant give equal attention to in-house diners as they do to take-out and delivery customers. Overall, the food was fantastic, and I highly recommend this restaurant!
