Talk about a sloppy burrito! shows how much care they put in the food. the employees are likely to be overworked, underpaid and underpaid.

I just wanted to give this 2 stars because the girl on the way was pleasant. but eating is really so bad that I can't. a smashed burrito at $11 should not rival the cibble of my dog in dryness. then 2/3 of the ingredients were missing like a ship in the Bermuda triangle. sauce? no. bohnen? no, reis? denk not. here is her pork of questionable origin and tortilla with a sprinkle of cheese. they enjoy the small garden of soggy shredded salat though! the owner can answer further, I have seen enough of the reviews below to know that nothing was or will be implemented to correct these constantly bad experiences. go somewhere else or give the money of the next love, instead of lighting it here on fire.

Disappointed again this was one of my favorite places to eat. The last two times I've gone here the quality have been subpar at best. The price they charge for a salad it should be the best salad you ever had that's not the case anymore. You can't expect people to pay top dollar for food that should have gone in the garbage and think they will continue to come back.

The owner responded with same copy pasted messages to the reviews. It says they treat it seriously Yea, I sent an email to social@... they never followed up. Almost swallowed a sharp piece of plastic tonight from the salad. The hard sharp plastic looks like was shredded from the plastic cover of the to-go box. The worker insisted its fallen off the to-go box cover of my food, but its all jagged and pointy. The staff down plays the seriousness of the sharp object and unwilling to do anything about it. I asked to speak to the manager, the associate manager said he is not on duty as associate manager and the manager is not there. I asked to contact the manager, the associate manager does not want to provide any information. We are disappointed few times from this Draper Cafe Rio location before. THIS IS THE LAST TIME!

The service was AWFUL. I asked for a niño quesadilla for my toddler and the employee rolled her eyes at me and acted like I was really putting her out. Also, the food here is not fresh. To my surprise, when they went to refill the sweet pork, they cut open and poured a bag of it into the container… and they don’t cook the tortillas to order either. They use cold pre-cooked tortillas they have sitting out. Makes me sad because cafe rio used to be the best 10 years ago.
