The doors were still locked 30 minutes after opening because the manager was late. The manager was quite unprofessional, and the drink dispenser wasn't working, and she couldn't resolve the issue. However, my guy Dave stepped up and saved the day, sincerely apologizing for the inconveniences.

Got 2 Regular roast beefs and a beef and cheddar. The meat was cut so thick it was tough to eat. I Love Arbys but I couldn’t finish my sandwiches

They keep the dining room locked. Nothing posted on the doors or windows. Very inconvenient for people that don't want to eat in the car.

Many restaurants aren't providing great customer service these days, so I felt it was important to highlight the positive experience I had. The woman at the window, Zen, was incredibly friendly and cheerful, and she greeted me with a big smile. That simple act of kindness truly made my evening!

I ordered the 4 for $10 roast beef sandwiches, and they were just as delicious as always. It's hard to believe that this deal used to be 5 for $5 when I was a kid—such a wild difference! Back then, it was only available through the drive-thru.
