Ordered French baguette with two eggs and bacon, a cheese scone and the banana bread. All baked goods were toasted with butter which made them even more delicious. The egg sandwich was amazing as well with the eggs and bacon perfectly cooked. Definitely worth stopping in to have a warm and delicious breakfast.

I absolutely loved this place. We were passing through on the scenic route and found a gem better than the riverton gemstone beach. We walked in within minutes of closing, but were still served no problem. I had the best scone of my life. My husband had a rhubarb muffin and it was so delicious. I cannot recommend the baked goods enough. The coffees were delicious too. When we finished eating, we talked with the owner and received great tips on baking with rhubarb. If you’re passing through, I highly recommend this place. Baked goods and coffee are worth it!!

Nice 80s decor cafe with some random furniture. Great coffee and food (tried the pressed sandwich and the burger). Very quick service. Didn’t try the cakes but they looked great and homemade.

I had the most amazing food there after 5 months cruising around Aotearoa. You can taste the love and effort put into the baking and cooking ; Lovely people on top of that.
