The Fruit Man - Riverside

Thank you for always providing good quality fruit and vegetables plus for being a health staple in the community.

I bought a watermelon that was mushy and the plums were not tasteful.

I try not to criticize other reviews BUT how anyone could give this less than 5 stars blows my cerebro. First, the owner, his wife and the staff are so positive, real and helpful. Maybe it's all that delicious fruit and hearty veggies they have access, too. It's an adorable mini store with whole goodness. They have juices in the fridge, roasted nuts, dark chocolate blueberries besides a wonderful seasonal selection of fruits and veggies. Yet, the true gem is the fresh salsa. It is spicy, fresh, juicy, slightly chunky, aromatic and perfect on everything. It's addictive with the fresh corn chips they sell there, too. Sometimes I can't make it 5 minutes home but open it in my car to have a few chips and salsa. If you can't tell I love this place. My kids love this place and I also like how it helps them to think about health snack choices. We feel guilty if we buy our produce at a big grocer when we have this magical fruit land only minutes away.

I get the best avocados here! He also has a juice bar a couple doors down with great stuff. Easy parking and so convenient. Come check it out , you find something great.

The BEST fresh fruit I have found in Riverside!! Others fruit vendors may think they are providing taste-worthy fresh fruit but The Fruit Man actually does. Never a disappointment. Look for their sign on Brockton and Tequesquite.
