Contribuiți la feedbackI've usually enjoyed eating at Subway, but my recent experience at this location was quite disappointing. I placed my order online, but when I arrived, they hadn't even started preparing it. To make matters worse, they didn't have the bread I wanted, and since I had prepaid, there was no way to cancel or get a refund. Additionally, they missed the extra meat I requested and forgot to add cheese. I only discovered these issues once I got home. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this Subway anymore.
I was disappointed with my recent visit. They didn't have any chicken or steak because they were still thawing. I ordered the turkey California sandwich, but soon after my friend finished her meal, I was told there was no avocado because it had all gone bad the day before. The sandwich was very bland and they were stingy with the toppings, except for the spinach, which was abundant. The chip selection was also limited, with only three options available. From now on, I think I'll stick to the locations on Pierce or McKinley.
Place says open till 10 it was 8:40 when I arrived and its closed I dont know if they are trying to get paid for extra hours and they aren't there but its horrible to be hungry and show up to a place that claims to be open and its closed
Amazing customer service and super clean environment. Liliana (I hope I spelt that right, her name tag reads Lily. was a wonderful employee. Was obviously trained very well and the other worker did as well. This was my third subway I've been totoday due to incompetent employees at other locations and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience here. They should sendwhoever trained them or even send them to the other locations to train those employees! Or get a small bonus/raise.
This Subway location lacks professionalism, and there never seems to be a manager on duty. The staff is disrespectful and doesn't understand the basics of customer service. I have Salomé to thank for this unfortunate review. We ordered a sandwich and specifically asked for it to be lightly toasted, but instead, Salomé completely burnt it. When we requested either a refund or a replacement due to the poor quality of the sandwich, she refused to help us. On top of that, she resorted to using profanity, which is utterly unacceptable from someone representing a business. If Subway believes that employing people like Salomé is beneficial for their establishment, they should reconsider. Salomé displayed poor manners and failed to show any remorse for her behavior or the subpar food we received. If you're looking for well-made sandwiches and professional staff, I would advise against visiting this Subway.
