They always forget something! And the katsu chicken is alway raw in the middle last time they forgot my macaroni salad I called they said they would replace it next time I go which I did and they acted like I was lying I had to pull up an email receipt Ihad it was so embarrassing and they act like it was my fault
Food was old meat was burnt and small portion for the price I paid!
They make good food. Just a bit pricey. I ordered a combo and it didn't come with a drink! Spent almost $20 just for myself.
Customer service could be better, but CS has taken a hit everywhere since the pandemic, however food is always on point and wait times aren't that long.
