I absolutely love this place it's where my daughter and I spend our mornings , I stumbled across it about a 8 months ago peeped inside left and ended up coming back I've been going constantly for about 4 months the shakes have helped me lose 28 lbs! Bella(the owner) and Rebekah introduced me to a whole new lifestyle I will forever be grateful, the shakes are delicious!! I recommend the Banana caramel or the Banana nut bread all of them are delicious tho and if you need the extra go get a tea with lift off you will not be disappointed!

Bella the owner is so sweet and funny and truly cares about everyone that comes into her business. Her teas and shakes are great.
