Do not want you to go through a car ride and pay your order for your food and go home in peace Yes. Thanks to Minouche the General Manager in this Zaxby who has not happened. I spent almost an hour in the car thru last night. I'm a patient and I understand things happen, but I felt really sorry for the team last night. At first there are no lights on the menu board during the night. Second, the car was waiting in front of me for over 25 minutes. Usually I thought the car before you, if the order was not ready, they would be asked to move and allow others to go forward. When I came to the window, I waited for 10 minutes before someone came to the window. The server was very apologetic and began to explain that they were understaffed and he called his General Manager Minouche to get help and he was so frustrated. He told me to send a complaint and that was his GM error (Minouche). They really needed help last night. There were also at least six cars behind me. So I can only imagine what they felt....??

Every single time I come to this location there is an extremely long wait. This time I waited in line 20 minutes before my order was taken and it still took 20-25 minutes to even get to the window. I only waited because I had already paid for my food through one of the associates taking orders in the drive thru outside. I finally got to the window only to get cold food. I?m so sick of Zaxby?s period! This isn?t the only location that is **** poor. Zaxby?s needs to do better as a whole.

I ordered online for a pick up. I had to go through the drive thru. The speaker wasn't working so we had to order when we got to the window. The food wasn't ready even though the response said it would be ready at 6:08p. I got there at 6:18p. I wanted another 10-15 mins then went inside. A bunch of folks did that. I don't think there was enough staff to accommodate the flow of customers. I did get a smile, but nothing offered for the wait. The food was ok customer service could have been better. I would rate this visit a 6. Would I visit again. Maybe.

Ordered fries no salt. Asked the cashier at the window if my fries had no salt and she asked the ordertaker but I never got an answer and although my receipt had no salt when I checked my order I had salt on hard, burnt fries.
