Waffle House - Riverdale

Was told I had to wait 10 minutes by the cook. Team members were inside sitting at the tables. The cook let 2 team members in and came back to the door about 10 minutes later to say they were open. The door was locked I walked to the window, there was a young woman to look at me and continued to do whatever she was doing. It appears there is no management here the team is doing whatever they want. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH WH AGAIN. THIS STORE DESERVES NO STARS.

Young people suck at customer service and getting your order right. But they good at looking at there phones. Smh

The gentleman taking the order had patience, forthcoming and kind as I recited my order. He was very well spoken the staff all greatly did their jobs.
