Italian Table Trattoria - Riverdale

This place used to be really good but continues to go downhill. Last night will probably be the last time I go there. Service is poor. I actually re arranged the chairs and place settings myself for our group, then had to ask the waiter to bring an additional place setting. Ordered fried calamari (which was excellent but had to ask for additional sauce. And somehow two different servers put in the calamari order so they brought out a duplicate order (about 10 minutes later , which they did not leave. They did not bring any bread to the table, so I had to ask for it. Had to ask for additional butter (had to get up and walk back to the counter to find someone to ask . Garlic rolls are pretty good, nothing special. Waiting, waiting finally our salads come. Salads were pretty good. Waiting, waiting finally our dinners come. Shrimp francese not good flooded with thick gooey sauce over pasta. Flounder francese same drowned, thick, and odd flavor (onion? . The other dinners passable but not great. Oh, they were out of 2 different types of basic pasta really?? And floor was sticky!! Place was definitely not crowded so no excuses. I used to think the food was good so I could deal with the service issues, but if the food is not good anymore, there's no reason to go. Sorry.

Sicilian pizza was delicious. It was our first time ordering from here. Unfortunately I ordered the beet salad. It was terrible. I threw it out with my money I guess. Wilted salad. I don't even know what the story with beets were.

Delivery never showed up no call or anything. still charged my credit card and i have to wait a week to get my money back. don't trust these ppl stay away

This is the worst place I have ever eaten. We had long hair in our food. Once the entree came out Zupa de pesce the seafood was over cooked and completely ruined. My wife's dish of eggplant parm had no flavor and was mushy. We will never go back here again. Now I see why they sent out flyers to attract business. This place is a Zero!

The food was subpar. There was hair in our water. I asked for buffalo popcorn chicken. The waitress, who was a little snooty, said that she didn't think they had it. She went and checked and said that she did have it. I got the chicken and it was maybe two tenders and the were sliced and quartered. I'm thinking I was getting popcorn chicken. We were charged $7.99 for that. I was not going to be a pain in the ass. The Cesar salad was decent but my wife was not impressed with her Riverdale salad, as it the chicken was blackened and the taste of the salad was bland. The place appears to be very nice and decorated. I literally do not leave reviews as I am the least pickiest person, but I was really not impressed. We will not be back. Glad others had a great experience.
