Dunkin' - Riverdale

I come here once a week for a milkshake (they always make me one, pistachio is my favorite) and everyday for a coffee in the afternoon and they are always nice and quick, although they do get busy.

Messed up my entire order. My refresher had skim milk instead of coconut milk. The strawberry refresher is not even suppose to have any milk either. The sandwiches were made incorrectly. If I order a bagel I expect a bagel if you don?t have than inform to either cancel order. Disgusting and extremely upsetting!

Very Slow very poor service. The store was not busy and they were at least 7 people on shift. The employees do not move with any sense of urgency.

I spent almost $20 that included two sandwiches in my order. They said that they had to charge me 25 cents per pack of jelly that I wanted to go with the sandwiches that I had bought ????

Got my order wrong and overcharged. Ordered a signature cake batter latte and they gave me a regular latte but still charged for the fancy latte. Did they pay someone to write them good reviews?
