Boston Market - Riverdale

We ordered from here today (02/04/23) and were disappointed to find that our chicken arrived cold and tasted spoiled, so we had to throw it away. To make matters worse, the cookies we received weren't the chocolate chip cookies we had ordered — if we wanted a different flavor, we would have requested it. This isn't the first time we've experienced issues with the food quality at this restaurant, but it will definitely be the last. Boston Market has lost our business!

I'm really disappointed with this restaurant. The place is dirty, the food is terrible, and the staff seems to have no clue what they're doing. I've been going there for many years, but now it's one of those places I will NEVER return to. It's just a sad experience overall.

The food was delicious and very fresh! I truly enjoyed my meal. However, there is one issue: it’s quite cold inside the restaurant! This has been the case during my last few visits as well. It feels like it's around 38 degrees outside and similarly chilly inside.

So thankful that I only ordered a side from this place. They are understaffed and lacking management. I got Mac and cheese (catering order). This is what it looked like when I got home, SOUP. Noodles in cheese soup. The container was sorta cold. Though I could not trust the storage. It’s supposed to be thick. The only thing I trusted to eat was the bread and pie since they are NOT made in house. Surprised the county hasn’t shut them down yet. I will have to call BM again to get a refund.

Worst order ever, never again. My lesson was learned. Bottom line, the food was disgusting! I should have turned around and left when I saw a cockroach climbing on the wall next to the menu board, but I was starving, so I ignored it. But like I said, never again.
