I ordered two of your new coconut drinks, but they mistakenly made regular drinks instead. However, the young lady who helped us was incredibly pleasant and the nicest person we've dealt with in quite some time. She apologized and resolved the issue without any negativity or attitude. She truly deserves recognition for her excellent service. That's the kind of employee that every restaurant needs!

Had the longest wait to even be acknowledged. Granted there was a long drive thru. I was really disappointed that they don't do samples at this location. With over 30 flavours of ice cream and even more combos, part of going to BR is being able to create a new flavor pairing.

One scoop of ice cream is 2.79 to all customers. I was charged 3.56 for one scoop For cake cone add .50 that?s 4.06 Always question it. I was told price up. I checked Baskin-Robbins website as of May 2022 it?s 2.79

This location is disgusting.. ice cream taste flavor less/freezer burnt, the inside was dirty with trash on the floor and containers left open everywhere. Employees are rude. Wouldn't recommend.
