Noodles And Company - River Hill

Loved the pad Tai, and kiddo loves their broccoli and Mac and cheese kids meal. Portions are generous, food is delicious

I feel as if noodles has been going down hill the last several years. On recent visit, there was a 15 minute wait for food after ordering. The food quality has decreased as well. I always get Japanese Pan Noodles and it was so dry. Disappointing especially after waiting 15 minutes. Prices are affordable tho. I had a bad DoorDash experience recently, an item was forgotten (not the dashers fault , but when I called DoorDash to get a dasher resent out, suddenly it wasn’t an option (even though it’s on their menu when you call but I digress… The manager at Noodles and Co was beyond amazing though (Paige I believe! she was so helpful, and thought of a work around to avoid having to deal with DoorDash. She threw in some extra items even though I told her it wasn’t necessary. Overall one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had!

Foods good. Online food service kinda had an impact on over service.

Forgot to take a picture of food so it’s halfway eaten in this picture. Usually the food is at the bottom of the bowl and the noodles are at the top so I like to mix mine before starting to eat. It’s good for the price.
