Lidl - River Hill

It’s an okay place to shop. Beware of the meat you purchase here. Every single time I shop here there is rotting meat with bloating packaging.

The place is usually well stocked and the staff are really great. They have recently eliminated the pretzel buns from their fresh bakery which was disappointing as this was the main item we came here for.The other thing that is extremely bad about this place is that their bathrooms are in a terrible state. I have decided to forgo coming here often mainly due to this issue as I have little children and need access to facilities for them.

Always find something unexpected here. Prices are great too.

Mr Charlie is the best manager ever!!!!! He helped me with one of my returns of a good package and gave me the customer care ever!!!! Thank you so much Sir. You made my day!! I ended buying a $50 gift card to bless someone to come back to Lidl. Thank you very much!!!!

I have been shopping at this location for over a year now, and I probably go every two weeks or so. I have been really happy with the produce, the bakery, frozen foods and refrigerated food. I have had 3 instances of meat that was spoiled even though it was long before the expiration date. The first time I did not have a receipt and they had to give me a gift card. The second time I was too busy to deal with it and just threw it out. The third time I had saved my receipt and threw the meat in the freezer. I took it back the other day and the cashier seemed really angry. She scanned my items I was purchasing and shoved them really hard down the counter. She issued commands put your card in, take your card out it was really embarrassing honestly like my return ruined her day. I looked at the receipt when I got home and it said customer changed mind I get that the wages are low and it must be a stressful job but I probably won 't buy meat there ever again.
