Krispy Kreme - River Hill

Waited over 15 minutes waiting for someone to attend me, no one was there, there was no signs that they were on a break or coming back. Instead I went to Cinnabon. This is not the first time it happens.

It's a smaller location in the food court of The Mall in Columbia but still has a good assortment of fresh, visually appealing doughnuts! The cashier was friendly and warm and gave us each an extra doughnut because it was close to closing time and all of them get trashed nightly (so sad)! We got a raspberry filled one and a sprinkles one (times two) and they both tasted incredibly delicious! So much better than Dunkin'! There, I said it.

I'm giving them one star because I went there today, 9/24/22, and clearly asked her if the glazed doughnuts were fresh, and she responded yes. She gave me staled doughnuts from the bottom tray. The doughnuts tasted so bad that I couldn't eat them.

It's 11:20 AM and the shop is supposed to open at 11 AM and there's no one here.
