Great food, service and Perfect for a large group. My group is normally about 15 -20. Been reuniting here with friends over 10 years now. Thank you! Avoid this D’Ags at all costs. My husband and I are long time customers and went to this location for the first time on the evening of 10/22/23. Horrible customer service to the point where we left before even being seated. I think there really is no excuse to stand there for over 5 minutes without acknowledging customers that are literally standing right in front of you. Basically, my husband and I waited at the hostess counter while two blonde hostess girls completely ignored our presence. I even said hello to them to see if we should seat ourselves and they acted like I was not even there. Upon getting frustrated and saying we had been waiting there for a while, the hostess, rather than apologizing asked rudely “well, how long have you been standing there?” I do not think as a customer I should be put on the defensive like that. At this point my husband felt uncomfortable to dine here and we decided to drive across the city to the Dags in Wrigleyville and the service was 10/10 amazing. We love D’Ags but will be telling all of our friends and family to avoid this location in the future. For what it’s worth, a little kindness and customer service goes a long way. Greet your customers when they walk in and don’t make them stand there while you take phone calls and chat about stuff with your coworkers.

I’ve had food from here before. It was very good. Today I was give a burnt undercooked pan pizza. My suggestion is if you see this location filled with people don’t go they’re ill prepared to handle volume Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Ordered from this place because it was around the corner for delivery and was recommended from a friend. Called, kept being put on hold multiple times. Understood maybe they were really busy. Ordered thin crust large pizza with pepperoni, chicken strips, and hot buffalo wings. Food delivered about 50 minutes later. The only food that was hot were the chicken strips. Pizza lukewarm and tasted sweet. Wings not the best but ok. Chicken Strips were good. All for $70. Would I visit/order again? Eventually.
