Frank's Deli - River Forest

Went here today for the first time. What a great place. Got a tuna sandwich and some coleslaw and both were delish. Everyone friendly and great atmosphere. I'm really happy we found this go-to. We'll be back!

I ordered the turkey bacon sandwich and found the bread to be stale. I also requested no tomatoes, but the sandwich came loaded with them. Aside from the stale bread and the excess tomatoes, the sandwich was decent. However, stale bread is a major issue for a sandwich shop. On a positive note, the staff was polite.

This restaurant holds a special place in my heart. I have so many memories from late-night outings with friends and summer adventures! I absolutely love Frank's Deli and always will. The service is excellent, and the quality of food is top-notch. Sometimes, though, I notice that masks slip down a bit. Overall, I give Frank's a perfect 10 out of 10!!!

The best family-run pizza restaurant in the Proviso Leyden area. You should definitely give it a try!

I highly recommend trying everything from this restaurant! The quality of the ravioli is exceptional, and the place is incredibly clean. The service is fast, too. One downside is that they prepare the sandwiches in advance, and sometimes the bread can be a bit chewy rather than soft. That's an area that could use improvement. However, their sauces are homemade and are far superior to anything you would find in regular grocery stores.
