Pleasant hotel, but what a restaurant! Merchandise fraud. We start with a cocktail, my Hibiscus with champagne is served to me instead of champagne with muscat, no bubbles and a taste of muscadet. The starter dish of blue lobster ravioli, hold the flesh of this dear lobster, is salmon pink with a salmon texture.
