Pizzeria Deva - RIVA DEL GARDA

We have been there in one of the very hot evening in August. We reserved to be sure to have a table outside to enjoy the view and the fresh air. Over there it was that few centigrades cooler with a breeze that make you feel very comfortable. The view over Riva and all the mountains around is stunning. We had a very good pizza, tasty, full of flavour. I usually go for the simplest Margherita but with buffalo mozzarella and garlic. I have looked at the menu and others dishes ordered and It seems to me that all the food is good. A very satisfying and pleasant evening. We took our time over there and were almost sorry when we had to go. Service was good even if I have to say a little slow but you do not care much when you are enjoying it all over there.

Abbiamo viaggiato molto in Italia e abbiamo mangiato in diversi posti, ma questo ristorante è davvero ottimo. Vi consigliamo di provare le specialità della casa, soprattutto per quanto riguarda i dessert. Davvero delizioso, sei serate di cibo eccezionale, meglio ancora se godute insieme. Un grande complimento ai cuochi e al personale gentile.

We have a summer place near by and this is absolutely our favorite restaurant to go for pizza. Only promblem is that at spring time when they seem to open only when they feel like it. Summer time there is no problem.

The restaurant is part of a hotel about 200 m above Riva del Garda. As soon as you have found one of the rare parkings, you enter a simple restaurant with a wonderful view over the valley and the Garda Lake. In summer make sure to reserve a table on the terrace. The service is ok make sure to state that you want to get your wife's pasta and your fish at the same time. Otherwise first the primi, then the secondi. Without even asking if you want that. The prices are really fair and the pizza should also be mentioned very good.

Second time we've been there. Last time was a year ago wonderful view food is very good this time is a bit slow. Waitress was nice but I think it was just a very busy day. We all had pizza and it was excellent.
