Contribuiți la feedbackFirst of all, they were out of a lot of items need for the sandwiches we ordered online. But then the lady was very rude. Yelled across the store at us to tell us and then yelled that she couldn 't hear us. She was not helpful and would only list the alternative options when we asked well what do you have then? and then listed them too quickly to understand. When my mom made a choice, she didn 't acknowledge that she heard her and then snapped at her when she checked to make sure she heard. All this after yelling about not being able to hear us before. I can sympathize with being understaffed and in a bad situation, but she didn 't have to be angry with us when we were honestly very cooperative. Worst service I 've had in a long time.
A very busy subway as it is attached to a service station were out of all breads except whole wheat and most meat so selection was limited.
Dirty, Dirty DirtyThe equipment was dirty and some not working. Then there was the glass guard surprise it was dirty, the counters needed attention, and I'm not sure how often they change out their gloves.No attention to detail.What about the cross contamination...Not impressed ?

Placed an app order and still took forever beyond the scheduled pick up time. Observed another customer wait 15 minutes with only one other person in line.They also will not answer their phone. It will just ring and was ignored every time. That irritates me because I’ve tried to call them in the past due to an order mix up.Pretty dirty as well.
