Pizza Hut - Ripley

I will never order anything from yall again food was cold and no done and I had to wait 20 min before they find my order I was pulling off when the lady said they find it. It was alot of cars behind me.

We ordered via Phone call, the girl told us 15 to 20 minutes. When we got there they have no order for us. They offered to remake order but never even tried to comp for their mishap, so we placed order again and now we have 30 to 40 minutes wait longer instead of 15 to 20. The employee woman was screaming n cussing something about dispatch and the other employees as the rest of the other employees were standing around posted up on their phones

I've always enjoyed this location for their delicious pizzas, but last night I had a disappointing experience. I ordered pizza and a cookie for my family, but since I work the second shift, I didn't plan to eat the cookie until later. When I finally had a piece, it tasted burnt. The next day, I called to ask if they could remake the cookie, and I would come pick it up. I tried to be polite instead of upset. However, the staff informed me that they couldn't replace it because I didn't call on the night of my order. Well, I work until 11 PM, and you were already closed! I found that quite rude, and it makes me reluctant to return. I paid $8 for a cookie and couldn't even get a decent one.

Good food and great service, I went to the pick up window and food was ready and order was spot on. I'll go back anytime.
