I stayed in the adjoining hotel and ate here several times. I was amazed at the quality of the food. The service was also very friendly and relaxed. It was a great value. The pizza was very good and whatever they had on special was a great choice. The house Aglianico was a joy.

We ate dinner twice at La Pergola in April 2018. The food is very good, and cheap. Their wine list has an excellent selection of the local (and delicious) Aglianico del Vulture red wines. We were able to try two bottles from the best producers at very modest mark-ups. Service was very good. The restaurant is connected to the Hotel La Pergola (also excellent, and brilliant value). It is very large. I can’t see you’d ever need to book. The menu is comprehensive, we were spoiled for choice. Could highly recommend the baccala with local peperoncini, and the ziti pasta in tomato sauce. Basically everything we ate was top-notch. Deserves its Michelin plate. Very highly recommended. Paul

Dinner and lunch, both the first and the second are on average. courteous and helpful staff. compared to a few years ago, there is something missing, however valid.

I had the pleasure to eat in this place numerous times, both on the occasion previewed (completions, baptisms, degrees) and for improvised visits and I have always been super satisfied. modern rooms, cozy and clean. very kind staff. I tried almost all dishes, starters, first, meat, fish, pizzas and raw materials are of excellent quality. dishes perfectly combine the local tradition with the most popular culinary trends. Neapolitan pizza, baked in wood oven, is undoubtedly the best of the whole area: light, digestible and very greedy. if you pass from the pergola you absolutely do not miss the opportunity to taste the desserts of their pastries, absolutely the top, updated seasonal for an always new experience. It's very right. I'll come back whenever I can!
