I did a tour today in an effort to assess housing options while on work assignmnet... Incredibly impressed... The facility which includes indoor and out door pools, a large meeting space and gym, is immaculate, in good repait and professionally run by the local HOA...

Didn't visit the Community Center. Went for a hike on one of the nearby trails. There are many, many trails to explore all while keeping an eye out for rattlesnakes and bicycles.

It's unacceptable that the doors leading from the pool area are locked. This poses a safety concern.

I paid an extra $141 each quarter for a gated community, but the gate has been broken for six months, and the HOA hasn’t done anything to address the issue. The exit gate has also been broken for five months, and the HOA seems indifferent to fix it. Everyone in the neighborhood pays $141 per quarter, yet that money appears to be going to waste. The rear gates have been open since the community was established, and now the HOA plans to close them permanently, leaving residents with just one entrance and exit. Anyone with common sense on the board would know there should always be two ways in and out of a community for safety reasons. The HOA shows little concern for the community, as weeds are rampant near the sidewalks—though they have no problem sending out notices for a couple of weeds by individual homes. This HOA is a complete joke. I definitely do not recommend spending the $423 per quarter.
