I am not usually a pasta person I have never ordered ravioli at a restaurant before until now I ordered the green chicken chili ravioli. This dish was so amazing I don't even have words for it if you go there please try it's awesome

We took our family of 8 out tonight and had a great meal. I had been wanting to try the lasagna after reading it was the BEST IN NEW MEXICO and it lived up to the hype! Where some lasagnas let me down is with the sauce, but Joe’s red sauce was perfection! And the cheese was gooey and delicious! Our server, Tim, was super attentive and personable. The only part I think needs improvement is the bread…I prefer a chewier rustic type (their bread is super soft). Joe’s is as close as you can get to a home cooked Italian meal ??

Very nice experience. I had the southwest Alfredo. Had nice spice. The service was excellent.

From what I had heard, it was suppose to be really good. The wait staff was super awesome, so many friendly, happy people. The place seems a little out dated, paint faded, as well as things hung up to obscure things on walls that needed repair. It was hard to locate the cost of items on the menu as the whole numbers so it just shows 21 instead of 21.00... So I almost left because of there's not any pricing, then I know I'm in the wrong place, because I have very little money. The food was okay, seemed bland when compared to Olive garden, I had the spaghetti with meet sauce. It seems that there's a lot of left over water in the noodles as I spend some time getting about 2 spoon fulls of water from under the noodles. There's a great amount of meat in the sauce very tasty for the meal. The dessert was cheese cake and it was SO yummy... The care that went into this is impressive, so very good. Try it if you do go here. I'm no drinker but they did offer some homemade stuff to go with the food which I understand to be very nice.
