Filibertos Mexican Food - Rio Rancho

I have gotten sick after eating their food every time I have “decided to try them again”.Quality of ingredients being used is absolutely terrible…can hardly chew through the meat.Noticed flies in the grill area, not just a couple buzzing around, it was a small community of flies, and they call Filiberto’s home.Even stoned, I will no longer eat here.

So they messaged me to write something here... Day 1 I went on a Sunday morning it was early. Went inside to use the bathroom wash my hands I wanted to go thru the drive thru and keep it moving... Got yelled at as I was getting in my car. They came outside to yell at me for taking a **** washing my hands . I assume they thought I was a homeless guy. Even if I was that sucks. Day 2 I really wanted a carne asada burrito... Went thru the drive thru ordered it and not my order. It was the flautas... No biggie I found a homeless guy and passed it on. Lessoned learn was dont go here again.

Food is good, but not always consistent. You can get it and it's amazing and you want to go all the time. Then the next time everything let's you down, for different reasons. Like to salty, all nervy meat, didn't get what you ordered, things like that. But when everything is done right it is delicious. So roll the dice and cross your fingers you go on the right day.
