Filibertos Mexican Food - Rio Rancho

Take me back to 2019! In 2022, Filiberto's prices have skyrocketed to well over $2 per combo. I'm not willing to pay $35 for two combos, a taco, and churros without drinks. The food at Filiberto's is tasty, but I'll have to wait for prices to decrease before returning. This inflation is too much to handle!

The Carne Asada Fries Platter is an excellent meal choice and my personal favorite thing to order from Filibertos. The carne asada is flavorful and tender, the combination of the guac, sour cream and cheese atop a heaping pile of hot fries is perfect and its taste only furthered by the added salsas. Would highly recommend!

The Super Nachos were extremely dry with the ingredients placed only on top rather than layered properly. Each corner of the box had a scoop of sour cream, guacamole, and beans. The asada was also too chewy, leaving me very disappointed.

While it might be pricier than Blakes, the burrito here is significantly larger and tastes better in my opinion. I can easily split it in half and have two meals. If you're a tall person, you might be able to finish the whole thing, but wow, it's a great burrito.

My family enjoys and love eating at Filiberto!! Everything tastes good and fresh. They never disappoint. We love going to the Filiberto in Rio Rancho when we apos;re craving really good burritos or their carne asada fries, chimichanga, or the rolled tacos #13 Chimichanga Plate #8
