Dutch Bros Coffee - Rio Rancho

The staff here is fun, kind and full of positive energy!! My coffee is always perfect…Kid-friendliness: Everyone always has a fun recommendation for my 4 year old!! Today, she got a sugar free raspberry soda and said it was the best!!

This morning I was in line before others were and the lady kept skipping my car so when I moved up towards the window to have them take my order the line was moving as it should one car goes through from each lane. She told me to move my car so others can get through and I told her I was in line before they were and she said they have to get through first. She was not a very nice person. She had not a nice person. So I sad to move my car and back it up and pray to God I didn't back up into no one else. I never got her name. Poor customer service. Usually I go to this location on Unser in Rio Rancho because of good customer service , but not today.

My husband needed his coconut milk coffee! His day was made when I saw the dutch bros windmill. The ladies were so nice, all smiles and even let us put some stickers on there sticker pole which made my day! And the sugar there is good raw sugar!

I cannot say enough about the customer service at Dutch bros. It is the best customer service here in Albuquerque and I think everyone should take lessons from them.Dietary restrictions: We order a sugar-free carburetor

Hot beverage was cold, like dishwater too, someone pulled in front of me without ordering, when I told the barista, she said I would get my order first, well guess what, I didnt, what do you get when the customer service has gone, rotten dishwater
