Arby's - Rio Rancho

Love the food, but the sides of nacho cheese are skimpy. UPDATE: Made contact with the corporate office. They sent me two free meals. My wife and I returned with high hopes, and the problem was solved! Great job, guys! 5-stars!

Five stars for this location and two stars for the Arby 's corporate standards. This doesn 't resemble meat anymore, it resembles sliced process meat like hot dogs flavored and colored to look somewhat like beef. I do give ya credit for the Arby 's sauce,if it weren 't for it I would have never came here. As far as this location the service was fast, the dining room clean, andstaff efficient. I dined in and did not go thru the drive thru. I had no problem with parking and like places that have rootbeer. I don 't drink sodas much but did this time and didn 't pay attention to the brand but the root beer came from the sodafountain and was good.

It seems like there may be new management at this restaurant. The service was quick and courteous. We were in and out in less than 5 minutes. The food is consistently delicious, with past issues mainly related to service and wait times.

This was my third visit to this restaurant and unfortunately, each time the food was cold, the fries were stale, and the drive-thru service was lacking. We understand that many places are short-staffed and under stress, but experiencing poor service every time is disappointing. We waited in line for 15-20 minutes only to receive subpar service. The employee taking orders and handing out food was quite rude, showing no communication and lack of courtesy. Despite this, we still thanked her, to which she simply looked away without acknowledging our gratitude.

This was probably the best meal I have ever gotten from Arby's. The Ruben I ordered through UberEats had perfectly crisp sauerkraut and the double meat with cheesy sauce was amazing. The Jamocha shakes were delicious as well. A big shoutout to the staff at Arby's for such a great meal. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
