Little Caesars Pizza - Rio Grande City

The $5 extra most pizza isn’t great from these small locations, but I highly recommend the pizza in Peñitas. They make it ten times better than here, and they actually add pepperoni and cheese!

I recommend lunch. Most of the teenagers who practice great hygiene and formality. Children stop! the wings are also well made and the sauces are displayed professionally. As a child I would ask my mother to play the flipper machine in the corner, but that never happened

Nothing about the Pizza food is great. The bad review is for the rude lady manager. Always having mean face and always say no to what customer ask. She doesn't believe on customer services. I ask for wings with sauce on the side and she always say no. I ask her why can't you do it and her answer was because my inventory will be off. So then I ask don't you have some other container to add sauce and again the answer was no with a mean expression. I told her I have bought at other Little Caesars and they always yes, but this is the third time I come here and she always says no with a face of I hate my job. I don't know who the owner is but this is very bad customer service. Nothing against the young students working there because they always try to serve but she always say NO.

The "Hot and Ready" pizza at this location is rarely ready when you arrive; you'll often find yourself waiting for it. If you're in a hurry, your only option is to buy the "Extra Most Bestest," which is always available. If they can't have the Hot and Ready option on hand, they should reconsider the name! Aside from that, it's a decent deal.

The customer service was outstanding! The pizza was fresh and baked quickly. It’s clear that the employees enjoy their work.
