Luna's Pizzeria - Ringtown

Been going here since they opened 3 plus time per month. I live in Ringtown. However I will not be returning. We ordered a large order of 2 pizza 's, apps, and the daily special meal for Thursday that is printed on all of their menus. When I went to pick it up noticed the girl charged me full price for the special. I asked and she said oh no, we dont do those specials anymore . I said oh I am must have an older menu . I grabbed a new menu and went home with my order. When I get home I checked the menu and all of the specials are still in the menu. As a business, if you want to do away with the specials that is fine. But make new menus! Honor the pricing you have in all of your current menus! I am not going to patronize business that doesnt honor what they advertise. From now on I will be going to Francesco 's in Shenandoah. They even have a menu online!

Every time me and my family order from Luna's in Ringtown, something in every order is wrong or against health code. Whenever i order something with bacon, such as pizza or a bacon cheeseburger, the bacon is almost always raw. The grilled chicken on the chicken wrap is usually dry/overcooked and what has been ordered is not fulfilled such as missing ingredients or incomplete meals. I have ordered from Luna's many times and have been disappointed many times, I hope Luna's other establishments aren't as lazy and disappointing as this one. the delivery drivers are amazing, but the cooks are horrible and need to reevaluate their life decisions. :

Ordered pizza at 4:30, was told delivery in 45 minutes. Pizza came at 6 and was cold. They also did not deliver soda that was part of the order. Called to complain and was told they’d deliver a new hot pizza and the soda in about 20 minutes. They showed up at 7 and was told I could not have the new pizza because I did not give them back the old one. We put it in the oven to feed our family. Bottom line-don’t order from here.

The prices are fair, people are really nice. The wings come with lots of sauce and have a lot of meat on them. Pizza is good not too much cheese not too much sauce. Highly recommend
