Cochran's - Ringgold

I found the half rack of ribs to be excellent, and the barbecue sauce was outstanding—I'd drink it if I could! The ribs had just the right amount of smokiness without being overpowering. The restaurant has an old-school truck-stop vibe and could use some updates, but the bathroom was surprisingly nice, featuring brand new toilets. I would definitely return for a place to stay and some great BBQ. There's also a Waffle House right next door. I didn’t have any issues with the prices, but I can see how someone who works weekends might encounter problems.

Older Truck Stop... Women's room was immaculate!!! Husband has Hamburger and loves it!! Will add to our places to stop... Food is cooked once, not a short place, but worth waiting!

We have a special bond with this family-run restaurant. The atmosphere is lovely, and for some reason, the gas here seems superior. My car runs a bit better after filling up there. Plus, the food at this quaint little eatery is really delicious!
