Contribuiți la feedbackI just had a poor experience at this restaurant. I ordered a family pack and some additional sides to have for our family to watch the Georgia football game. I ordered it in advance online for pick up and arrived in a timely manner. The lady at the window gave me one large bag and said that was it. I drove all the way back home only to discover that they had not given me my meat or my buns. Since the game was starting in five minutes, I called them to let them know and also asked them if they had a DoorDash or delivery driver who could bring it to me since I had already gone all the way home. They said they did not, but if I came back in, they would give it to me. There was no apology. So I drove all the way back to the restaurant, And the young lady who made the error did not apologize. So I asked for the manager, the manager came to the window and was not apologetic. She did not offer any discount either for my inconvenience and having to drive all the way back. Then I got home and realized I did not even get two of the sides (two sides of mac n cheese) I ordered also. The manager was a very young lady who did not seem to have customer service knowledge whatsoever. In the past, this restaurant has donated food to the community and community teams, and I appreciate them for that. But with a manager who does not have customer service skills and who does not offer discounts or even apologies for errors that cause inconvenience to their customers, this restaurant is not going to head in the right direction.
On 8/31/24, a customer's son visited our restaurant and mentioned that he was considering dining here for his parents' wedding anniversary. I shared with him my negative experience and lack of response from the owner or manager. Despite my efforts to address the issue, I have yet to receive an apology. It seems that this establishment may have too many customers to prioritize individual concerns. There are much better dining options in the area, so I will not be returning. Additionally, on 4/13/21, I found something unpleasant in my burger and still have not heard back from management. I will not be dining at this restaurant or any of its locations again. The lack of response and disrespectful behavior from the owner is disappointing. It is clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. I urge others to consider the quality of service before dining here.
I ordered a pork sandwich with slaw and fried okra. At other locations its been a favorite for years. Today my sandwich had no slaw and the okra so salty I couldn't eat it. I won't be stopping by this location again.
Choo choo bbq on three notch is good . But these kids that are left alone in the evenings are ruining it fast. I request bbq sauce on the side every time I go . Bc if you don’t then your meal has twice as much bbq sauce then it should, ask for it on the side you either still get it put on your food or it’s forgotten all together. I’m to the point I’ve been driving to rock springs to that choo choo. They listen and you get more food for your money.
